Jesus’ call was to make disciples of all nations – ‘Growing up in God’ is a discipleship course based on the Psalms of Ascent.

Using one psalm a month for 12 months, Beryl will present new ways of looking at Hebrew poetry using it as stepping stones into the Promised Land and the Land of Promises as we ‘Grow up in God’.

No matter how old or young you are in the Lord, this course will expand your understanding of what it really means to be a disciple, rather than a follower or a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Growing Up In God

Following on our teaching last month we will again be looking at the principles of growth – growing up in God – to enable our intentionality to match that of the Father. This is not an easy teaching, growing up means putting away childish things and taking responsibility for our own actions and behaviours. It means changing our minds and our mindsets which can be painful since we are often convinced that we are ‘right’. It means ceasing to blame others for our actions and reactions.
