I have subtitled this teaching ‘Disappointment with God’ as so often I hear from those who once professed to believe in God that they are ‘disappointed’ in Him. All ‘faith’ is relational – if they really knew Him they couldn’t be disappointed. So, what do we mean when we say are are ‘believing God’, or are ‘in faith’ for something? Are we setting ourselves up for disappointment with God? Maybe what we are doing isn’t Scriptural, maybe we have been disappointed in people rather than in God Himself. Runtime 115 mins approx.
